ProGrynd International is well-known in the threading and repair of casing and tubing. ProGrynd’s API threading capabilities include the ability to thread the following API Spec connections:

The range of threaded casing and accessories is quality assured under our API 5-CT and API-7-1 Certification. ProGrynd’s range of CNC lathes allows us to integrally thread casing and tubing from ½” OD to 14 ¾” OD.

All casing and tubing threaded connections come with Phosphating finishing and ProGrynd offers clients the added advantage of an in-house Bucking unit for coupling and/ or connection make-up and break-out available for joints up to and including 11 ¾” OD.

Apart from API threads, ProGrynd is certified to cut HSC (High sealed Coupled) and JSHET connections as well.

HSC Premium Connection

ProGrynd International is a certified threader of HSC (High sealed Coupled) Connections.

HSC Premium Connection has been designed to optimise stress distribution, which in turn maximises gas tight sealability while reducing the risk of galling during power make-up.

JSHET connections

ProGrynd is a certified threader of JSHET Connections.

JSHET series thread is a high torque thread connection developed and designed based on API screw structure according to the feedback from field drills of drilling contractors. It is widely used in ultra-deep wells, extended-reach wells, horizontal wells, and other well conditions.
JSHET has good interchangeability in the market and can be interchangeable with the special buckles of the MT series and the CET series.
