Hardbanding service

Hardbanding Service is the process of depositing hard-facing alloys onto drill pipe tool joints, collars, heavy-weight drill pipe, and other downhole components to protect both casing and drill string assets from abrasive wear.

The hard-facing systems available at ProGrynd in the Middle East are the latest state-of-the-art unitswith the ability to wash off old hard facing, build up worn tool joints and apply all types of propriety hard banding products.

It offers mechanized pipe handling and automatic operation – set the pipe up press the button and away you go.

The system also has the ability to dress heavyweight centers to wear pads.
