The PGI Multicycle circulating subs have been designed to offer large circulating thru bores along with large circulating ports.

The tool operates by using an indexing mechanism. Each time the tool is functioning, this provides a positive open or close position.

pipe cutters

The PGI Pipe Cutter can cut single or multiple strings of pipe, using Pump Pressure to actuate Three Knife Arms. Depending on the size of the cut, different Knife Arms are used.

Pipe cutters work by restricting flow across an orifice during cutting and dropping pressure when the pre-set diameter of the knife arms is reached. This indicates that the pipe has been cut.

Knife Return Systems have been incorporated into Pipe Cutters to prevent unwanted knife openings when entering and exiting holes. 

• Operates hydraulically for fast, efficient downhole milling
• Knife design reduces long stringers and mills casing and pipes in short chips for easy lift and removal by the drilling fluid
